1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES. For items puchased online, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at exudingselfconfidence@escphotography.org to obtain return authorization. Be sure to include the item's order number. Returns or exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 businessdays for your refund to be processed once we receive your return or exchange. 

2. RETURN SHIPPING. Return shipping on items that are being returned/exchanged will be paid for by the customer. The return shipping address can be sent to 1527 Gause Blvd Unit 215 Slidell, LA 70458.

3. CONDITION OF ITEMS. Except for items that were damaged when purchased,items must be in new, unused and in saleable condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached.

4. FORM OF PAYMENT. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discression.

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

3. CANCELLATIONS

If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us at exudingselfconfidence@escphotography.org with 'order cancellation' in the subject field. After an order is submitted, processing begins and there is a short window to cancel items before they are shipped out the following day.  

4. RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 30 day(s) from the original purchase date. Items must be returned, unused and in original condition. A refund will be sent back to the original payment method. Return shipping is payable by the customer, please send the returned item to 1527 Gause Blvd Unit 215, Slidell, LA 70458. 

5. DELAYED ORDERS 

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund by sending an email to exudingselfconfidence@escphotography.org  with 'order cancellation' in the subject field. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liabilty. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status. 

6. LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

ESC Photography LLC is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
