A Studio Christmas (Nov. 23rd)
Service Description
Studio Christmas sessions are available on Saturday, Nov. 2nd and Nov. 23rd at the studio located off of I-12 E, minutes from North Shore Blvd in Slidell, with the exact address shared after booking. There are 5 session spots open for both dates. Book by October 22nd and enjoy two bonus images on us! Simply follow our Facebook page (http://facebook.com/escphotography.org) and subscribe to our email list at www.escphotography.org. It's that simple! A $50 deposit is required to secure your 35-minute session, which includes 20 minutes of photography and 15 minutes for selecting your top 3 images, delivered via email (exudingselfconfidence@escphotography.org) within a week. Additional images are $50 each, payable after the session. Please note that sessions are for immediate family, significant others and individuals. To share your unique story, scheduling a phone consultation is encouraged. Arrive a few minutes early to stay on schedule, and feel free to ask for outfit suggestions.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a session, the client understands and agrees to these terms: 1. Booking and Payment Deposit: A $50 deposit is required to secure your session date. Balance: The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via debit, cash and credit card in person. Square processing fee is 2.6% + .10 cents when using credit. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations and Rescheduling: Allow 24 hours notice before the session for cancellations and rescheduling. The deposit will be moved to your next rescheduling date. 3. Late Arrivals Arriving more than 5 minutes late may reduce your session time, ending at the originally scheduled time. 4. Session Details Duration: The duration of the session is contingent on which session is booked, these policies are put in place for both Christmas sessions. Location: Located off of I-12 E minutes from North Shore Blvd., with the exact address given after booking. 5. Image Delivery Turnaround Time: The three selected images of your choice will be delivered within one week of the session date from exudingselfconfidence@escphotography.org Number of Photos: Three selected images of your choice, additional images may be purchased for $50 each. Photo Rights: Clients receive digital images for personal use (e.g., social media, holiday cards). Retouching and Editing: Basic retouching (color correction, minor adjustments) is included. 6. Liability: Personal Injury The client hereby acknowledges and agrees ESC Photography LLC, Ebony Cox, the photographer, and the homeowners are not responsible for personal injury during the session. Clients assume responsibility for their own safety and that of minors under their supervision. General Liability The client hereby releases, discharges, and holds harmless ESC Photography LLC, Ebony Cox, the photographer, and the homeowners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries that may arise during or in connection with the photography session. This release includes, but is not limited to, any incidents occurring on the premises or while traveling to and from the session location.
